Refund policy
At Apex Laboratories, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s what you need to know about our 60 day Money Back Guarantee return policy:
• You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return the original pouch or product for a refund.
• To be eligible for the refund we will need the pouches/jars back even if they are empty, however you do not need to return the original cardboard box packaging.
• Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping your item back to us.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. This means that if you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will not be included.
• To initiate a return, simply email our customer service team at support@apexlaboratories.com. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.
• To expedite your refund please be sure to send us a photo of the return receipt showing the tracking number.
