Sleeping Like A Baby

A great nights sleep
I take Total Recharge one half hour before I go to bed and once my head hits the pillow Im sound asleep.I sleep straight through the night except at my age I wake up to go to the bathroom,I have no problem falling back to sleep and in the morning I wake up rested and refreshed and ready to start my day .And by the way I wake up with plenty of energy to hit the gym.I hit the gym two hours a day six days a week and if I didnt have a good nights sleep,I couldnt do that.
