•You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return the original pouch or product for a refund.
•To be eligible for the refund we will need the pouches/jars back even if they are empty, however you do not need to return the original cardboard box packaging.
•Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping your item back to us.
•Shipping fees are non-refundable. This means that if you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will not be included.
•To initiate a return, simply email our customer service team at support@apexlaboratories.com. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.
•To expedite your refund please be sure to send us a photo of the return receipt showing the tracking number.
