I just finished my third week using Muscle Defense. My ability to exercise went from two times a week, full body workouts to four times per week full body workouts. I never experienced recovery like this in decades of heavy weight training. I am seeing an increase in muscle size and a trimming of my abdomen at the same time. I've been taking Muscle Defense for just over 3 weeks now. What I've noticed so far is; a boost in my endurance and recovery (play senior slow pitch softball 3 days a week), a less desire for munchees, slightly less mid-ridge bulge (a loss of 4 lbs hopefully fat), I only want to eat one good meal a day, muscles ache but not in a bad way (maybe they are getting stronger/bigger no visual notice yet), not having afternoon naps nearly as frequently, I feel like I'm getting more quality sleep time. Five days before my 68th birthday I had major right shoulder surgery.
