Muscle defense
I'm 62 years old and have worked out on and off since I was a teenager. I have recently started working out again after cancer and a bad fall. I have tried just about every pre workout and supplement on the market. I saw the ad for muscle defense and decided to try one more to try to get stronger and more in shape. I was expecting to be disappointed!
I don't fall for hype, trends, etc.. I am 65 (hate that) but I am, I am always on the go. I have a very physical job and 18 hr days. My weight is high and no matter what I do, it never drops. I started looking into protein powders, energy stuff. Saw Dr. Tracy and what he had to say. Thought yeah! Right!
Well about a week later I felt good wasn't feeling like I needed a nap, another week and my pants are falling off! I had to cut my belt so it would fit. About 15lbs gone! Don't get me wrong, I have a long way to go but it appears I am headed in the right direction! I didnt change anything meaning routine, diet, sleep, I mean anything.
Now next Im going back to lifting and I plan on another Spartan beast race. My goal is I want to finish higher than 400/4300 over all! I was 4th in my age bracket. Never trained! Ha, we will see what happens! Thank you Apex Labs!

Muscle Defense working
I am 73 and have worked out regularly for over 45 years. Aerobic and weight lifting exercises were both part of my routine. My weight was unchanged throughout those years, +/- 3 lbs. However I have lost muscle mass due to age related sarcopenia. I apparently compensated by gaining fat to maintain my weight.
